Rules & Regulations

The parents/guardians will strictly comply with the rules and regulations stated herein. These rules are subject to change as per the academic and disciplinary needs.
  1. All pupils must be present on the opening day of each session and after holidays.
  2. Irregular attendance, unjustified absences, or unendorsed leave will result in suspension or penalty. Prolonged irregularity may lead to rustication.
  3. Absence for 10 consecutive days without notice will result in Name Struck Off (N.S.O.) from the attendance register.
  4. Consecutive absence for 7 days at the beginning of a session means the student forfeits their seat.
  5. No student is allowed to leave the premises during school hours without written permission from the Principal.
  6. Late entry to classrooms will not be permitted.
  7. Indiscipline may result in suspension or expulsion.
  8. The school is not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings.
  9. Mobile phones and jewelry are strictly prohibited and will be confiscated if found.
  10. Students with contagious or infectious diseases are not permitted to attend school until recovery.
  11. Teachers are not allowed to provide private tuition to school students without written permission from the Principal.
  12. Parents must ensure regularity and discipline, check the School Almanac, website, School App, and WhatsApp groups for updates.
  13. Parents must keep their mobile numbers updated with the class teacher and school office. Any changes must be notified.
  14. Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for final examinations.
  15. Leave during exams/assessments will not be sanctioned unless it's a medical emergency or a casualty.
  16. Serious medical conditions must be reported through a special health form at the reception or in writing to the Principal.
  17. Transport Rules:
    • Bus service is only available on existing routes and stops. Changes require approval from the Transport In-Charge and Principal.
    • Withdrawal from bus facility is allowed only in July via written application; otherwise, full-year fee applies.
    • Withdrawal requires one-month prior notice to the office (T1).
    • Resuming transport requires one-month notice and an additional ₹5,000 payment.
    • Fees should only be paid to the official school UPI number. Do not pay to any individual's UPI.
    • After online payment, confirm update within two working days. The school is not liable for delays.
  18. No fee will be refunded if admission is withdrawn after 30th April.
  19. Optional subjects and streams in Class XI cannot be changed after admission.
  20. Class or section change requests will not be entertained; decisions lie with the Principal.
  21. Irregular fee payment will lead to cancellation of admission.
  22. Attendance at Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) is mandatory. No claims about academic issues will be entertained if parents are absent.
  23. Students must maintain politeness, courtesy, and cleanliness at all times.
